Our highly rated H&F Adult Learning and Skills Service provides over 400 courses to more than 6,500 students locally and London wide. The courses offered are both nationally accredited qualifications and non-accredited courses. ALSS is looking to recruit a 0.5 Marketing Coordinator to address the issue of student recruitment and marketing of ALSS courses. 

We are looking for an energetic and confident Marketing Coordinator to ensure we boost our recruitment to our ALSS courses and inform residents of our wide range of ALSS classes, which will support our residents develop new skills, gain nationally accredited qualifications and have access to employment opportunities and social integration.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver an exceptional marketing strategy though planned campaigns and increase the ALSS online presence and improve learner recruitment across the Service.
  • Provide timely analytic reports to assess web and social media performance.
  • To lead on Adult Learning Marketing and ensure consistency across all Marketing activity, including website and social media.
  • To project manage the production of the annual guide for Adult Learning & Skills courses to ensure publication by agreed dates, which will include drafting general sections of the guide and collating course information from curriculum planners.
  • To submit drafts of the guide and other publicity material to Communications & Information (C&I) for compliance with corporate guidelines and quality assurance.
