This course is a 6 week program that will help you to understand how to make healthy food and lifestyle choices, create good habits and how to eat in a way that is sustainable to avoid yo-yo dieting.

Adult Learning and Skills Service have partnered with Si-Fu Della O'Sullivan to deliver a 6-week programme to equip you with tools to manage all types of confrontations you commonly face whether in the workplace or in general.

The purpose of this Self Defence course is to equip you with tools to manage all types of confrontations you commonly face whether in the workplace or in general.
This 6-week course will include:
• Awareness
• Theory & physical training
• How to assess a threat
• Mentality
• Dialogue diffusing strategies
• Self-defence techniques if faced with imminent danger
The overall aim is leave you knowing how to feel safe and with the belief that you can manage any dangerous situations accordingly.
