We would like to welcome everyone to our Adult Learning and Skills centres - because our learners reflect residents from all areas of the borough.

If you are thinking about signing up for an adult education course, then this is the right place for you. 

Our Adult Learning and Skills team offer a wide range of courses, which can help you to develop new skills, gain a qualification, find employment, further your career, and improve your health and wellbeing. Our team are here to help you make the right choices.

Our wide range of courses are taught by experienced and qualified staff, with a well-deserved reputation for delivering high quality teaching and learning.

Our courses are also inclusive and we offer some free accredited classes to learners on certain benefits. Most classes take place at our main site at the Macbeth Centre in Hammersmith, with others at our satellite centres and numerous partner venues across the borough (see venues for more information). We look forward to providing a welcoming and friendly service to both new and returning learners. Fully equipped teaching facilities in great locations

Most courses take place in the Macbeth Centre, a lively and friendly hub in central Hammersmith, which houses our teaching rooms, specialist studios and workshops, all equipped with everything you will need. Some courses take place in schools and community venues throughout the borough.

Choose from a diverse mix of part time courses

We offer 500 part time courses during the day, or at evenings and weekends. Whether you are looking to nurture your creative side, learn business skills or languages, we will have a course for you, at a time that suits you.

Support from our team of experienced teachers

We foster a culture of great learning, encouraging you to explore and develop new skills and your confidence. We trust and respect our teachers to share their knowledge in their own style with you. Many are practising artists and experts in their field.
