Build skills through volunteering

H&F Volunteer Centre (HFVC) offers guidance, training and support to help residents grow confidence, gain experience and explore new opportunities.

With regular outreach at Job Centres and support for both volunteers and local organisations, HFVC makes it easy to get involved—whether in person or remotely.

Understand your benefit options

Our Welfare Benefits team offers free, confidential advice for H&F council tenants, including benefit checks and support with applications.

Get guidance on grants, appeals, budgeting and debt support, as well as help to challenge decisions and understand what you’re entitled to.

Every 3rd Thursday of the month 2pm – 4pm at the Macbeth Centre.
