What is Google Classroom?

Google Classroom is an online learning platform where students can access course resources, communicate with teachers and classmates, and participate in course activities.

Stream

This is the main message board where students and teachers can talk and share links and attachments.

Classwork

This is where your tutor will issue out assignments and is where you should return completed assignments.

People

This is where you can see other members of the class.

To access your Google Classroom you must be signed in to your ALSS student Google/G Suite account. Not all classes require a Google Classroom account, so speak to your tutor who will give you your account details if it is being used in the class.

Your G Suite account login comes in the form of an email; This is made up of your name followed by @hfals.co.uk, example: janesmith@hfals.co.uk
