Agewell fitness classes

Prioritise your your health and fitness and enrol on our Agewell courses suitable for anyone who is 60+ or for those under the age of 60 and suffering from a chronic complaint that may be improved by physical activity.  

All Age classes 

Look out for courses marked as "All Age".  These mean anyone 19+ can join in.

Gentle Keep fit - All Age

A Gentle Keep Fit class, which offers moderately paced exercise to improve your general health, fitness, mobility, strength, and balance

  • Starts - Monday 2 June 
  • Time - 6pm - 7pm

Tai Chi Improvers

Suitable for anyone who already has beginners knowledge of Tai Chi (Cheng Man Ching) & wishes to build on what they already know.

  • Starts - Thursday 5 June 
  • Time - 12.15pm - 1.15pm

Qi Gong Improvers

Suitable for anyone who already has beginners knowledge of Qi Gong and wishes to build on what they already know.

  • Time - 1.30pm - 2.30pm
