Our free workshops are designed to help residents develop practical digital skills in a friendly and supportive environment. Learn useful techniques for staying safe online, keeping in touch with friends and family, accessing services, shopping online and using digital tools with greater confidence.

Recognise common scams and learn how to protect yourself online.

3. Online Safety and Privacy | 27 November 2026
Protect your personal information and build confidence online.

4. Using Social Media Safely and Effectively | 4 December 2026
Use social media confidently and manage your privacy settings.

5. Parents and Carers: Online Safety for Children | 11 December 2026
Support children and young people to stay safe and healthy online.

6. Smartphone Digital Skills | 29 January 2027
Get more from your smartphone and everyday apps.

7. Understanding AI | 5 February 2027
Learn what AI is and how to recognise AI-generated content.

8. Online Shopping Safety | 12 February 2027
Shop online with confidence and avoid common scams.

9.  Using Teams/Zoom for Meetings and Appointments | 5 March 2027
Join online meetings and appointments with confidence.

10. Applying for Jobs Online | 12 March 2027
Create a CV, complete applications and navigate job websites effectively.
