Stay active this summer: Exercise classes for over-60s at Macbeth Centre

Looking to stay fit, flexible, and energized this summer? Join our specially designed exercise classes for adults aged 60 and over at the Macbeth Centre. Whether you're a beginner or already active, our gentle fitness sessions cater to all levels and offer a fun, supportive environment to improve your wellbeing.

Choose from a variety of classes including:

  • Chair Aerobics and Hatha Yoga – perfect for building strength and relaxation.
  • Pilates and Flexibility Sessions – enhance your mobility and posture.
  • Tai Chi and Qi Gong – gentle movements to improve balance and inner calm.
  • Fitness with Ballet – a graceful way to stay fit and strong.

Enjoy small, friendly groups led by experienced instructors who understand your needs. Classes run throughout August, Monday to Thursday, at convenient daytime slots.
