Saturday Yoga workshop!
This Agewell course for anyone over 50 who is interested in trying out a yoga class, before committing to a regular class.
What will the course Cover?
- There will be an emphasis on developing better breathing habits to support the cardiovascular system and a gentle asana practice (yoga postures) to help restore the depleted energy that often accompanies the last days of winter.
